midsummer and a snack

It's midsummer so umm happy midsummer!

Breakfast: Coffee
Lunch: salad (greens, eggs, chicken w/vinegar and oil)
Snack: Almonds, coffee
Dinner: Chicken and some broccoli
Snack: See below!


Low carb eating can be so strange. This is by far NOT a great snack but it doesn't break my diet.


Pepperoni (thick slices) and provolone cheese
