
I must be feeling much better, I have been feeling like cooking all day.
above was improvised from what was in my fridge...
spaghetti, oyster mushrooms, onions, diced tomatoes, crushed pepper
salt, pepper, Italian spices, touch of soy. all sauted in a pan together
and serves with a little parm.... nice and spicy the crushed
peppers are the ones in a jar not the dried crushed ones. used a couple
teaspoons full for 2 servings
