Not much of note today... so here is what I had to eat. Dinner was pretty good but not spectacular. I'll make it again though it's tasty. Blackened is better though, but to blacken you need cast iron not thin crappy stainless or a nonstick, you probably also want better air evacuation than I have. No need to invite the fire dept.
Breakfast:
Coffee and chocolate stick
Lunch:
Chicken Noodle Soup
Mushroom Ravioli and Broccoli
Snack:
Pear
Dinner:
Pan fried salmon
Steamed veggies
Sauté onions
Snack:
(yeah i know ... but i was HUNGRY)
Pringles
